What happens if I lose my personal token?

You can't recover a lost raw token — Publy only stores a hash of it. Go to Settings → API Tokens and click Regenerate: this revokes the old one and issues a new one immediately, in a single step.

What are the plan limits?

See Pricing for the current member/package/storage limits per plan. Downloads (dart pub get) are unmetered under normal billing status; see the answer below for what happens after extended nonpayment.

Can I transfer a package between orgs?

Not yet — this isn't supported in the current version. Delete the package from the old org and re-publish it under the new one.

Does Publy limit dart pub get traffic?

Downloads stay unmetered for a full month after a missed payment — plenty of time to sort out billing before anything breaks. After that, packages beyond your plan's cap become undownloadable until the org is paid current again (already-published versions your build previously fetched keep whatever they cached; only new dart pub get/dart pub publish calls are affected).

How do I delete my org?

Org deletion isn't self-serve yet — email the support address in the footer and we'll take care of it.
